OJT Technologies is an enterprise data and AI delivery consultancy built on over 20 years of experience delivering complex technology and transformation programmes across public and private sector organisations, with recent years focused on enterprise data platforms, cloud data engineering and AI enablement.

We lead enterprise-scale data platform delivery across Azure, Databricks and AWS, including data acquisition and ingestion, real-time and batch data pipelines, data migration, Databricks Lakehouse architecture and the development of governed data products across Raw, Working and Curated data layers.

Our focus is on establishing the enterprise data foundations required for analytics, automation and AI — bringing together data engineering, cloud platforms, data governance, metadata, data quality and business requirements to enable trusted, reusable data at scale.

We combine data and technology delivery experience with a strong Agile and Lean background, including Scrum and Kanban, applying flow metrics, systems thinking and pragmatic agile practice to improve predictability, manage complex delivery, remove impediments and enable multidisciplinary data teams to deliver value continuously.

We work across data engineering, architecture, product, analysis and senior business stakeholders — translating strategic outcomes into executable delivery, while operating effectively within the governance and controls of large, complex and regulated organisations.
